Privacy Policy — Pixelmon Craft GO

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Pixelmon Craft GO (“we”, “us”, or “the App”) handles information when you download, install, or use the game on iOS or other supported platforms. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

2. Information we collect

Depending on your device, platform, and settings, we may process:

Gameplay & save data stored on your device (for example party progress, Island Happy stats, settings).
Device & diagnostics such as device type, OS version, crash logs, and performance metrics (if enabled by the platform or analytics SDKs we use).
Advertising identifiers such as the Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) or Google Advertising ID, where permitted and subject to your consent / system settings.
Approximate location / network data as typically provided to ad and analytics partners (for example IP-based country), not precise GPS for gameplay.

We do not ask you to create an account with your real name, and we do not knowingly request sensitive personal information through the App.

3. Google AdMob and advertising

The App uses or will use Google AdMob (and related Google advertising services) to show ads, including banner, interstitial, rewarded, and/or native formats. Google and its partners may collect and process data to deliver, measure, and improve ads.

Advertising-related processing may include:

Device identifiers and advertising IDs
IP address and approximate location
Device and app information, ad interaction events, and diagnostic data
Information used for frequency capping, fraud prevention, and personalized or non-personalized ads

Your choices: On iOS you can limit ad tracking in system Settings (for example App Tracking Transparency prompts and Privacy → Tracking). On Android you can reset or opt out of personalized ads in Google settings. You may also visit Google Ads Settings and industry tools such as aboutads.info where available. Choosing non-personalized ads may still show ads that are less relevant.

To run and improve gameplay, saves, and stability
To show and measure advertisements via AdMob / Google
To detect abuse, cheating, or fraud related to ads or the App
To comply with law and platform (Apple / Google) requirements

5. Sharing

We share information with service providers who help us operate the App—especially Google (AdMob / advertising / analytics as configured)—and with platform stores (Apple App Store / Google Play) as needed for distribution. We do not sell your personal information as “sell” is commonly understood in everyday language. Some advertising laws treat certain ad-tech sharing as a “sale” or “share” for targeted advertising; where those laws apply, you can use the opt-out controls described above.

6. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps. Where we serve ads, we will configure AdMob / Google settings consistent with applicable child-directed and age-signal requirements.

7. Retention & security

Local save data remains on your device until you delete the App or clear app data. Advertising and analytics partners retain data according to their own policies. We use reasonable technical measures appropriate for a mobile game, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. International transfers

Google and other partners may process data on servers outside your country. By using the App you understand that your information may be transferred to countries with different data-protection rules.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example EEA, UK, California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal data, or to object to certain processing. For data held only on your device, uninstalling the App or clearing app storage is often the primary control. For AdMob / Google data, use Google’s tools linked above or contact us and we will help route your request.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy when we add features (including AdMob formats) or when law or platform rules change. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
